Change also the diameter. We have nozzles with a diameter of 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm and 0.8mm. Of course, depending on the type of nozzle.

The English company E3D developed this nozzle design. It is very popular and can be used with E3D's own hotends in many printers. Unlike the other designs, the tip of the nozzle is very close to the heating block, which means that the heat in the filament is kept optimal until the actual printing. Inspired by E3D, there are many different suppliers of this type. This variant of the E3D Nozzle is developed for the so-called Volcano heating blocks. Here, the heating cartridge is mounted vertically and the melting zone is thus extended. The long heating zone has the advantage that you can run larger nozzle diameters at higher speeds without having problems with the material feed or a back pressure. These nozzles can ONLY be used with a Volcano heating block.
